THIS IS WHO WE ARE

Mission Statement

We are a group of student-led actors, directors, writers, musicians, filmmakers, improvisers, and crew members at Michigan State University, supported by the Residential College in the Arts and Humanities. Our mission is twofold:

1. Provide an inclusive community where everyone who loves the performing arts can come to be supported. We are a learning, growing troupe that focuses on creativity and discovery within the realm of the performing and creative arts. You do NOT need to be a master of your craft: all skill levels and perspectives are deeply appreciated, and only serve to deeply enhance the Roial Community. 

2. Promote and encourage the passion of our members: no matter what it is that you want to create or perform, we will help you to accomplish the goals deep within you. It's easy to dream, but with a supportive, capable, and fully equipped creative troupe, making your vision a reality is just semester or two of hard work away! We have the resources, but we want your vim and vigor!
